Renault Trucks is raising the bar for long-haul and construction transport with the introduction of the new DE13 R engine, engineered to deliver greater efficiency, reduced fuel consumption and an even smoother driving experience than the previous generation.
Combined with a new generation of Optidriver gearboxes, the DE13 R powertrain is now available across the Renault Trucks T High, T, C, and K ranges, bringing significant improvements in performance and operating costs. Together, these enhancements can reduce fuel consumption by up to 4%* while also lowering CO2 emissions compared with the previous generation.
Designed to meet the demands of modern transport operators, the new powertrain is compatible with HVO and B100 renewable fuels, helping fleets take practical steps towards a more sustainable future without compromising on productivity, reliability or drivability.
