The Day to day…
9:00 – 17:15
Monday – Friday
Based at out Head Office in Phoenix Park, Nottingham.
The Challenge…
Lead the Management Accounts team’s functions, operations, and resources.
Ensuring day to day activities are accurate and compliant.
Ensure month end reporting timetable is achieved.
Focus of a continual improvement mindset to improve processes and system to maximise efficiency.
Work toward year end close and Audit compliance ensuring the necessary controls are in place for statutory reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities…
Leadership, Development and Supervision of Team
Management Accounts preparation and creation
Sales Analysis
Accruals / Prepayments
Recharges
Balance sheet recs
Payroll and reporting:
Internal and External reporting
WIP / Stock
Statutory Accounts – Audit prep
Projects – continuous improvements
New System implementation
The ideal candidate will…
Be an enthusiastic leader with experience in leadership, coaching and mentoring
Have strong communication skills across all levels
Have experience in problem solving
Have the ability to handle multiple task priorities
Have a Continuous improvement mindset
Have tenacity and gravitas in a leadership role
AIMA/ ACCA Qualified
You’ll really hit the ground running if you have…
Previous Experience in the commercial vehicle and vehicle rental industry
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics GP -Business Central
