RH Commercial Vehicles (RHCV) has once again been recognised as one of the leading commercial vehicle dealers in the UK following a great victory at the Renault Trucks awards ceremony.
RHCV is a leading commercial vehicle dealer in the East Midlands. As well as their head office in Nottingham, the company covers Alfreton, Leicester, Newark, Northampton, and Peterborough. They took home three awards which included, Sales Dealer of the Year and Dealer of the Year.
The evening was also a huge success for the Northampton branch which took home the Service Market Dealer of the Year award. The award recognises outstanding customer service, parts sales development, and the Driving Quality Programme (DQP) measurement. The DQP is the league table for Renault Trucks UK where the performance and standards in each dealer’s aftermarket are measured. The programme aims to ensure the best customer service is always given and that customer and employee facilities are continuously maintained and improved.

Northampton beat every individual depot across the UK and Ireland. It was an extra special award for the depot which was added to the RHCV team in 2018 as the award epitomised the hard work, dedication, and commitment in the last year.
The Renault Trucks Dealer Awards celebrate the performance and great achievements across their network and proudly commend dealers who have gone the extra mile to meet customer expectations and excel in their KPIs.

The awards also saw a select few commended for their outstanding performance in the Renault Trucks network. They celebrated their drive, conscientiousness, creativity, and dedication under ‘The Great Eight Awards.’ RHCV saw four members of their team win. They were James Daykin, Harry Squires, Amy Smith, and Andy Cross.
These awards have come at a truly special time for the business after their sites in Newark and Alfreton came first and second in the DQP which seeks to ensure customers receive the best service and that all KPIs are met or exceeded.
