Drive Sales Performance – Utilise manufacturer systems and in-house processes to identify and maximise parts sales.
Customer-Focused Approach – Accurately identify customer needs and provide the right parts solutions.
Maximise Opportunities – Spot upsell potential and convert leads into sales.
Performance-Driven – Work towards KPI-based targets with the opportunity to earn a bonus.
Keep up to date with the latest in product lines, technology, and industry trends.
The Day to Day…
Max Hours 44.5 Hours a week.
Early Shift Mon – Fri: 08:00 – 17:00
Late Shift Mon – Fri: 09:00 – 18:00
Two Saturday shifts a month: 4 hours each.
What we’re looking for…
Experience & Expertise
3+ years of experience in parts sales.
Proven track record of strong sales performance in a parts-focused role.
Solid product knowledge and experience using RT-DMS systems.
Sales & Communication Skills
Excellent phone manner, following RHCV-approved standards.
Strong verbal communication skills to engage with customers and team members.
Confident in analysing data to improve sales and margins.
Personal Qualities
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven, ensuring customer satisfaction.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
Reliable and adaptable to business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Thrives under pressure and works well within a team-focused setting.
