Are you an experienced LCV Technician ready to take the next step in your career? RH Commercial Vehicles is looking for a proactive and motivated LCV Technician Supervisor to lead our skilled team in delivering outstanding service and vehicle maintenance.
As the LCV Technician Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing our Light Commercial Vehicle operations. You’ll ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards—while supporting and mentoring a talented team of technicians.
The Challenge:
Lead, support, and supervise a team of LCV Technicians in the workshop
Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a range of light commercial vehicles
Monitor productivity, quality control, and ensure compliance with H&S regulations and Renault Trucks standards.
Liaise with the Dealer Point Manager and Workshop Controller to plan workload and meet customer expectations
Train and mentor junior technicians, sharing your technical expertise
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an LCV Technician (Level 3 qualified or equivalent)
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Leadership experience or the desire to step into a supervisory role
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workshop environment
